The zero-defect strategy is our claim. All manufactured assemblies are 100% optically inspected and/or electrically tested. Solder connection inspection according to IPC-A 610 acceptance criteria for electronic assemblies.

It makes sense to rebuild, repair or simply modify high-quality assemblies if necessary, not only when there is a shortage of components but also for ecological reasons. Our machinery also covers all modern industrial requirements in SMD (surface mount devices) and THT (through-hole technology or conventional technology).
Whether QFN/VQGN/UQFN/WQFN, BGA/µBGA, LGA etc. up to 0201 chip packages, with our 6 SMD placement machines we assemble all common designs.
Customers of Schaffner GmbH can decide according to their requirements profile whether the soldering process in electronics production is carried out using reflow ovens or vapor phase, as well as wave soldering or selective soldering systems. In addition to the usual RoHS-compliant production, leaded production is still possible on request.
The electronic assemblies are only delivered if all acceptance criteria in accordance with IPC-A-610 are met.
